Troubleshooting
Start here when something in Al-Mohaseb doesn't work the way this manual says. Each entry says what you see and what to do. If nothing here helps, contact your administrator, and tell them the page, what you clicked and the exact message you saw.
A menu, a button or a setting is missing
Most of the time, you don't have the permission it needs, or the feature is turned off. Every feature page lists both in the table at the top. Send your administrator the message on Roles and permissions.

|---|---|
| A job failed with No handler is registered for the job type. | The feature that runs that kind of job is off. Ask your administrator to turn it on, then choose Requeue. |
| The job stopped responding and was queued again from its last checkpoint. | The server restarted or the job was interrupted. It continues by itself and nothing is lost. |
| A job stays Queued for minutes while no other job is running. | Choose Run diagnostic job. If that job also stays queued, contact your administrator. |
See Background jobs.
Searching a list
| What you see | What to do |
|---|---|
| A search shows everything, or nothing, when you expected a few rows. | A value the list doesn't recognize is ignored. Check the spelling in Available filters, or clear the search box and start again. |
